Palladium Deoxo nitrogen gas Plant is a critical purification component in nitrogen generation systems, specifically used to achieve ultra-high purity nitrogen (up to 99.999% or higher) by removing residual oxygen.
While standard PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) units can efficiently reach 99.9% purity, reaching "five nines" (99.999%) using PSA alone requires massive amounts of compressed air. A Deoxo unit is a more cost-effective way to "polish" the nitrogen.
